We save money from advertising by letting our members advertise for us and our advertiser's in turn provide money for our members. Every time anyone makes a purchase from this site or an advertisers pays for advertising on our site, The 80% of the profit is divided up and returned back to every registered member. How much is the start up kit? The start up kit is a one time fee of $20 USD. This fee depends on the tee-shirt you select. I received my start up kit, how do i register? Take a picture of your vehicle with the sticker on the rear bumper or rear window and email it to registration@pacprepaid.com or send it to:

What do I have to do? Your role is simple, just place your bumper sticker on the rear bumper or rear window of your car. Wear your pacprepaid.com tee-shirt when the circumstance permits. Send friends and family to your web page and that's it! your active participation will drive traffic to this site again increasing the revenue to all our members.
Can I register more than once? Yes, you can register once for every vehicle in your house hold not exceeding 3 membership accounts. Each vehicle that you register will require that you purchase an additional kit. This will allow you to generate double and triple commission payments.
How much will I make? This amount varies with your participation. We guarantee a commission check every month. Plus you will receive 10% of the monthly commission check from anyone that signs up through your web page. Please keep in mind that the person responsible for signing you up will receive 10% of your monthly commission as well. So the more ARSP members that sign up under you will increase your monthly pay out by 10% per member. Bonus checks are a part of your monthly commission and the same rules will apply.
How much are the bonus checks? Bonus checks are cycling and cycle in 3 stages. First stage is $20, second stage is $200, and the final stage $2000. After the Third stage members will restart the cycle. Bonus checks are created from a 10% portion of all the profits generated through sales of the startup kits.
How does pacprepaid.com determine who gets the bonus checks? It's very simple all bonus checks are sent in seniority order. So the members that have been advertising for us longest will receive payments first. All members will eventually cycle through and receive bonus checks.
Is a Pay Pal account required? Yes, all payments will be sent through pay pal. Pay Pal accounts are free and you can register by clicking on this link. Pay Pal Registration
When will i receive a payment? All payments are sent on the 10th of the month for the profits of the previous month. (This includes all bonus checks) So January's commission payments would be sent on the 10th of February.
Is there a way to see how much my monthly ARSP check is? Yes at the bottom of our home page there is a box labeled ARSP which shows what the current monthly payment is. 80% of the entire sites profits are divided evenly to all of the ARSP members.
Is there a way to see when i will receive my bonus check? At the current moment we do not have a way for our members to check this. But members that are receiving a bonus check will have their name displayed at the top section of our training center page. So they know that on the 10th of the following month they will receive a bonus check and how much it will be.
I purchased an item and the monthly payout is the same? Some of our advertisers require that we earn a minimum amount before they pay us. This amount ranges from $10 to $100 dollars. So at times it may take a while before we actually receive payment from certain advertisers. Also keep in mind that there is a 2 month customer service return policy on our featured products and any sales under that policy will not go through until the sale is final. So please don't be discouraged if you purchase an item and the monthly pay out stays the same. Since we won't actually post it until the capitol is received and ready to be sent to our members.
